This website has now been updated with the latest information for next year’s events.  Some of the details are yet to be decided (marked TBD), but the dates are set.  Also, some new video links have been added.  More pictures will likely be added to the gallery in the near future.  If any members have video links they would like added, please let us know.

Thanks to everyone who came out to support and view our display at the Hermann Fair this year.  Despite rain on Saturday we still had a nice flow of people.  You can find some pictures in our Gallery section.  We hope to see everyone again next year!

It’s fast approaching…  just one week until the Hermann Fair.  Come out and join the Montomery County Old Threshers as we put on a mini-show over in historic Hermann.  The event is on September 10-11, and lasts from around 10am until about 4pm each day.  See the Hermann Historic Farm website for more details and other events that will be happening throughout both days.

Be sure to make time in your schedules to come out to our 35th Annal Old Threshers Show on August 19-21, 2011.  The featured tractor this year is Tracked (anything with tracks) and the featured gas engine is International/McCormick Deering. Read all about it on the events page.  There’s even a printable flyer as well!

The tractor cruise this year started off a little bit rough with questionable weather, but with promises of improvement as the day progressed from the weather forecasters. And indeed, the day progressed from spitting rain, to strong wind, until finally around 11am things cleared up and it indeed turned into a nice day. We would like to think each of the 29 participants this year for taking the chance and coming anyway. Hopefully next year will be enjoyable all day long.
